Can anyone help me figure this out

Mc @ 7w

My mc started Dec 5 (I spotted for a week) but that is when it “started”

By 12/12 I finally started passing tissue and clots

That lasted 2 days then by 12/15 I passed the sac

By 12/17 I was completely done bleeding.

12/21 confirmed 0 hcg and okay’d to try again by OB

When in the heck should my first period start? Is it 4-6 weeks from the 5th or the 12 or the 15?

Is it possible I have ovulated by now?

I felt as if I did 12/26 but that seems too soon when I look at the dates.
