3 Week Period??

I went to the doctor in november and was told I didn’t ovulate. december 6th I start my period pretty heavily and it lasted until december 26th, i’ve been off my period for 6 days and have done the baby dance twice and 1/1 I started having really light pink/orange spotting. it will be present when I wipe and then it’ll go away the next time I use the restroom. thoughts??
