25 weeks been having brownish ting discharge for three weeks

No pain or any other symptoms for concern baby movements are strong and frequent notice it on my panty only not when i wipe it smells like old blood takes a whole day to see it on the panty slightly i have an appointment in a few days but was wondering if anyone experienced the same thing? Also I’ve been on hydroxyprogesterone for the last month if that has something to do with it
