I had a friend that anytime she had caffeine her lymph nodes would swell in her breasts it was uncomfortable but if she needed to fill in a top she knew what she had to do. Hormonal changes, could be a side effect of birth control or other medications.

Your body changes over time. Breast size fluctuates with weight gain/loss, hormonal shifts (period, ovulation, pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause, etc).
