Non hormonal birth control options?
I went off birth control 5 years ago. I don’t want kids. I’m 36. I hate how my periods are heavy and last 7-8 days. When I was on birth control they were light and only a few days. Looking for options. What do you all do??? I’d like non hormonal buy don’t want an iud.
