Feeling defeated

I’m 37 weeks pregnant with my little girl, I had my appointment today they checked me and said she is not in the birth canal and they believe she may be breeched. I am not dilated at all and they are sending me for a STAT ultrasound tomorrow to see if she is head down and just not in the birth canal. She said I have a bad placenta anterior.

I had my son via c-section due to him being transverse I was really hoping she would be in position & to have her successfully with a VBAC.

Is there any chance she could go into position or in the birth canal within the next 3 weeks or should I just accept the fact I’m probably going to have to deliver her via c-section. Is there anything I can do to help get her there and in position like going up and down stairs or bouncing on a yoga ball?

Any suggestions would be appreciated
