Hi everyone,

I think I am 6 weeks pregnant, but I could be 10 weeks (I'm not sure).

The last few days I have been feeling very sick. Waking up in the night and wanting to puke. But what makes it 10x worse Is the pain I am getting in my upper stomach.

Eating does seem to help it.... I'm wondering if these are hunger pains or something else?

I'm eating quite a lot I feel. But I didn't think it was necessary to eat so much in the first trimester?

Anyone else ever experienced horrible upper pain cramping in 1st trimester ?

Please help, its my 1st pregnancy. I am 28. 5.2 feet and weight about 48kilo before pregnancy..
