ITCHY VAGINA

I got tested for everything twice, no yeast infection, no BV, trich and No STDS As well partner got checked too and he's clean, however i am so itchy down there and its puffy inside has anyone ever gone through similar to this before? Like i honestly dont know whats wrong please helps if anyone has had any experience or advice let me know!
