Is IVF really our only option?

So

The backstory:

I’m 32 with no diagnosed medical conditions and my husband is 33. We’ve been TTC now for at least 5 years, off and on. In December of 2021 we were referred to a fertility specialist at which time they did bloodwork (thyroid, AMH, etc - all levels looked within normal range) and an HSG (also normal). They also did a semen analysis on my husband and everything checked out as well. We then proceeded with 5 medicated cycles with timed intercourse and 3 cycles of IUI with meds and trigger shot. All of this, without ever even seeing so much as a faint line on a pregnancy test. Recently we decided to go for a consultation with a different doctor with hopes of finding answers as to why we’ve been unsuccessful and were pretty much told that there’s no way of know what’s going wrong between the time the sperm is in the uterus and when implantation happens. And that the only option we have left medically is to try IVF. Is this really all they can do for me? Do I find a 3rd doctor? A fertility coach? I’m convinced there’s something wonky with my hormones and my ovulation (without meds I get positive ovulation tests on day 18/19) but I don’t guess I’m the doctor. If IVF is truly the only other option, I’m certainly not against it, I just would prefer to have answers!
