Anyone voting yes isn’t educated on what ovulation tests do. The answer is no and here is why:
Ovulation tests test your LH
Pregnancy tests test your HCG
LH and HCG chemically look very similar so on some ovulation tests they are positive when your HCG is high but this WILL NOT HAPPEN if your pregnancy test isn’t positive. 
If your HCG isn’t high enough to turn a pregnancy test positive then it isn’t high enough to trick an ovulation test.
MOST WOMENS LH RISES AND FALLS THROUGHOUT THE CYCLE. I personally get a positive LH test EVERY SINGLE CYCLE just before my period. If your pregnancy test is negative, you have to wait.
