a few days ago I was with my bf (16) and we were planning to casually go see his aunt who I’ve never met. he asked me if I wanted to change first and I said no. I was wearing brown sweatpants and a brown cropped tank top. he asked “are you sure…?” I asked him why he wanted me to change and he said he was just asking because it looked like I just rolled out of bed and because his mom doesn’t like “brown on brown clothes” we got in the car and he told his mom that I’m just going to go home and change really quick. He told me which clothes to put on based on what I’ve worn before and I did. Is this controlling behavior or is he just looking out for me so I don’t look stupid in front of his family?
