What do you mean by successful? Ovulating or getting pregnant? I successfully ovulated my first cycle on letrozole. Not pregnant yet.

I’ve done 22 medicated cycles. All successful as far as ovulation, as that’s all the medication is there for. Have not been pregnant on a medicated cycle. But the medication did so it’s job. I’ve done Clomid, Femara and injectables.
