Finally PREGNANT BUT HELP

I have pcos. I had a cyst drilling surgery done. 3 months later ( now ) I’m PREGNANT. I’m just curious are these levels normal or high? I had one pregnancy before but ended in miscarriage due to other complications. The first result I was 12dpo - 21.6 hcg. Next was 15dpo- 120.7 hcg then 17dpo- 444.7 hcg!!! Anyone else have levels like this ? I’m worried about everything under the sun! Is it molar, is it twins, is it singleton!! Helpppp
