Is my mom right?

So I’m 24 years old, but I am nowhere NEAR ready to have kids yet (financially, mentally, etc). However I really want to have kids one day… just not right now. My mom told me that the absolute oldest I should have a kid is 30 and if I don’t have kids by then, I should just get my tubes tied. It is stressing me out thinking about how 30 is only six years away for me. Is my mom right?
