Is baby missing a hand?

Question

I had my 20wk anatomy scan and the tech said baby was moving around lots and they couldn't capture everything they needed to. They are missing right hand, heart and a few other things, so I go back next week.
Im pretty sure I saw 2 hands in the 12 week scan (will post in comments).
Im spiralling. I don't see my dr until Monday and I don't go for the next ultrasound until Wed.

That's completely normal, Mama! No worries! So often the baby is laying in a weird position, moving too much or not moving at all and in that case they always schedule a second anatomy scan just to try to capture everything they missed in the first one.
I experienced this too. My baby wouldn't turn her face and her right and and foot was hiding so we had to do another scan and all was well, it usually is. Deep breath Mama, this happens a lot.
