Day before ovulation is prime time but any of the five days before ovulation are great. Sperm live 3-5 days in your system and giving them some time to make their way up to wait for the egg helps. Most docs recommend sex every other day mostly because some guys might not have the "best" sperm.

I’m 34, but 35 in July too! I just conceived number 3 this month and am due in September 2023. We BDed 4, 2, and 1 day before ovulation this time. 🙂

To take the stress levels down on when to time sex. Hubby and I just BD every other day until after ovulation (or just all month 😉)
