I have a frozen embryo transfer planned for this month. I am on birth control pills and Had a base ultrasound today. They found a cyst in my right ovary. However they said its still okay to proceed with the transfer and asked me to stop birth control pills today. I am worried if the cyst will affect the cycle or pregnancy in some way. Google definitely says more bad things and has me worried. Has anyone had or come across such scenario?
