So I started giving my 10 month old breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 3 days now and he’s been going to for naps without a problem and sleeping more at night. He does get food but it’s always been breakfast and dinner not all 3 so decided to change it. It never replaces his formula as he gets that before and 30 minutes to an hour he eats. He does bed share with me (trying to get him back to crib before #2 arrives).
