Just curious. I think we are almost grown out of naps sadly 😭😭

My girl naps at school but home on the weekend no, so I think the nap phase is pretty much over for us

My son gave up naps all together before he was 2 it was rough 😩😩

Only at grandmas. I prefer he doesn’t because he will go to sleep a lot quicker at night with less fuss

My son still naps but it makes bedtime a 2 hour process versus 30 mins if he doesn’t nap.

Not for like a year now 🥲 we do 'quiet time' (solo time in his room for at least an hour) he has been doing this for a couple years so he does solo play very well
