3dpo can’t wait

Did lots of BD after a couple bfn last month. Had a dream today that I had a bfp test! Ovulation tracking has been hard, working nights and never getting positive ovulation tests and bbt always around 97.70. I’ve been nauseous the last few days, maybe nerves or anxiety? And we’ve used preeseed! Fingers crossed! Trying for baby #1.
