Hi, I’m am currently 9po ( ovulation confirmed ). Period due in around 4 days. This morning I had light pink discharge then nothing and then this afternoon brown mucus discharge all accompanied by slight back pain, and right pelvic pain and headache ( this has been case for 2-3 days now ). Could it be implantation bleed. I had same last yr 4 days before period which turned out too be implantation of twins ( ended in miscarriage).
