Is 12 weeks to early to tell the gender?

I'm exactly 12 week on here went to a private ultrasound yesterday and the tech was saying it's looking like girl but it's still to early to tell I have two different pictures can anyone help please. By looking at the nub?? HR was 158

Too early to tell in an ultrasound but you can get a blood test. NIPT or Sneak peak

I got a private scan that told me the gender at 14 weeks
