Abnormal gestational sac?!

I went in for my first ultrasound thinking I was 6 weeks and 2 days. But I measured at 5 weeks and 6 days. There was not fetal pole just yet (Im still pretty early). My ob said my gestational sac is abnormal and shaped like a tear drop and the point part is facing my cervix and I’m heading towards a miscarriage.. but she said it’s not 100% and I need to come back to repeat the ultra sound in 11 days. The next day I wiped and noticed a small amount of spotting so now I’m just worried it’s coming 😭 but I know these could all be signs of pregnancy. I don’t feel like I’m having a miscarriage

Has anyone had this before? How do you think my ultrasound looks? Anything I should do in the mean time? My ob just said to wait it out
