My baby fell from bed!

I feel such a bad mom my daughter is 13 months she never fell from bed before I have always been so cautious and I was there in the room with her we were picking out her outfit and I just moved to grabbed a bow and I guess she moved so quick and I watched her fall backwards she cried but not much she just put her arms around my neck and cried a little, she is content now I gave Tylenol right away and she’s acting normal that happened 10 mins ago what should I watched out for?
