I was on BC for 3 months, and came off it a month ago I Had sex the 30th I woke 2 mornings ago when I went to washroom, I notice on toilet tissue there was a few specs of light blood I wiped a few times and after that it was gone. nothing for the whole day

My period is supposed to be here Tomorow and so far, no signs no cramping, I usually get cramps following day but nothing as of yet, wondering if this could be implantation bleeding?  it was 7 days after I had sex with my boyfriend.
