Bending over in early pregnancy dangerous?

So I was doing some laundry and had some mild cramping after (which is normal for me, i have endometriosis even when i’m not on my period) but of course being me I googled if doing laundry during pregnancy is safe. Apparently it is not, and also bending over isn’t either… i’ve been bending (and reaching for things, i’m super short) over so much the past week doing house chores. I’m only 3-4 weeks but now i’m really freaking out thinking i’ve done something wrong.
