TMI. Need ideas?!

What does this look? I feel like a normal cut from itching it due to hair growing back. But I'm a over worrier so I'm stressing about it. It doesn't hurt to pee. It just hurts to put pressure on it or to wipe after peeing. Any ideas? I noticed it Thursday evenning. Also seems to look like it's healing?

As someone who has genital herpes from an ex who didn’t disclose it.. that’s what it looks like this could be. 
Definitely go to a doctor, either a walk in clinic or elsewhere and have them test it. They can only test for it if there’s a current outbreak. If that’s what it is they will give you meds to help.
