Hemorrhoid in babies

My baby has an internal hemorrhoid. He is 3 months and breast feed. He’s not constipated cause he makes bowel movements, it’s just when he does try to make a bowel movement or pass gas he has a hard time cause he pushes and makes grunts and I can tell it hurts because sometimes he cries and it also disrupts his sleep

:( has anyone had this issue with there child, and if so any tips to help baby?

Also the only thing I’ve given him so far is mylicon and it seems to help a little but wondering anything else I can do!
