Mucinex baby?

I’m 41 TTC for 3 months. I know it’s a tiktok hack but has anyone had experience with taking mucinex while trying for a pregnancy?

My obgyn suggests mucinex multiple times a day the entire cervical week and then daily until you confirm ovulation happened. He said it helps thin cm and creates more which makes a more ideal environment for sperm to swim to meet the egg and the egg to move from ovary through tubes

Me and my guanche we’re trying for 7 months to get pregnant and then I got really bad allergies and was taking mucinex and we only had sex twice that month cause I was sick then our son got sick… I wasn’t expecting to get pregnant cause we barely did it but I did !! So who knows if it really works

It’s a mucus thinning medication so if someone has extra thick cervical mucus it would make sense that could help make the passage way into the cervix easier for sperm during the ovulation window.

I’ve heart of it I’m currently 42 years old. I’ve been trying to get pregnant, since August I’ve talked to two friends of mine, and they both told me about Mucinex. They both had to conceive on it after trying for over a year so I think I’ll try it. I will keep you guys posted.…￼
