What could this be?

My dog has this rash and it started bleeding earlier today. Tries to take her to the vet but they didn’t take her in… any recommendations on what to do? We’ve put anti itch cream and it seemed to help but it always comes back:/

I cant say what's going on with your dog but when my dog had something similar to this we found out he was rubbing his belly on the floor aggressively due to stress.

Try giving Benadryl tablets to help. I would recommend getting an appointment with the vet though to find out why this is happening
