Baby poop

Breastfed and occasionally formula fed baby doesn’t poop. For the first 3 weeks of his life he was pooping normally , now he goes like 5-6! Days without pooping , I was given laxative suppositories for if he doesn’t poop in 5 days but I’m struggling with the fact that he can’t poop anymore on his own. Doctors all tell me it’s normal because he’s still learning his digestive system , has anyone experienced this? I’ve tried everything. Warm baths, yummy time , massages, bicycles.
