I had a miscarriage in June 2022
I’m currently 6w1d

I had trace free fluid in pod at 6w1d and they said it was probably just cm from when I ovulated. I drove myself crazy about it - fear of the unknown. 
I'm now 30 weeks pregnant☺️
If the person who conducted the scan didn't raise any concern, try not to worry yourself.
