Contraction timing?

I’m 39 + 5 with my 3rd baby, scheduled to be induced tomorrow but I woke up with contractions. (I think it’s contractions; I can’t go back to sleep, my stomach gets extremely tight and cramping). These are the lengths and intervals. Should I plan to have baby today? I know it’s too early right now to go to the hospital. They are getting stronger and they don’t feel better when I change positions. If I’m walking when they happen, I have to stop and just stand there. I thought it might be a bowel movement, went to the restroom and the same pain is occurring. I’m also a bit nauseous.
