Severe abdominal pain, please help

I have had severe pain in my abdominal area for almost 3 days now.

When it started I thought it may be another kidney stone. However I shortly realised it is different.

The pain is kind of a sharp throbbing type. Its pretty much everywhere from below my ribs.

Its not always in one place and moves around.

I've found getting into positions where my butt is higher than the rest of me eases the pain.

If I'm laying on my right side the pain will move to the left and same with the other way.

Also when I move I hear gas bubbles moving and I find massaging the painful spots will slightly ease it temporarily and I will feel gas bubbles moving.

This has led me to believe that it's trapped gas but I just can't believe it would be this painful, I can't deal with it and am very close to calling 111 for advice.

The weird thing is after the first 12 hours of it starting it then stopped for 12 hours while I slept and then started a again a few hours after I woke up.

Same with last night, the pain became a lot more manageable and then got worse a little while after I woke up.

I'm just very confused and scared.

I honestly think it's trapped gas and don't want to waste the NHS time if it's just that.
