Late AF

So confused. 😔

I’m currently 4 days late for AF who is usually very regular with the odd one day early or maybe one day late. Over the last week Iv had Tender Boobs, Heartburn every single day no matter what I eat, Nausea & today slight right side cramping. But all tests are still Negative. Iv stopped testing so I have no idea when I Ovulated or if I even ovulated. 😔
