Any advice for newborn that won't sleep?

My LO is 2 weeks and since birth, she won't sleep unless being held or laying next to me or dad. We obviously cannot continue to stay up all night holding her and won't allow her to sleep in same bed as us. I've read that babes aren't able to self-soothe until 4-6 months, so what do we do??

get a bassinet that connects to the bed. i will say we co slept, and still do with our 10 month old. we might regret it one day but honestly for the sake of my sleep and sanity i’m so happy i let him sleep with me!

We had a baby like this too and she also resisted swaddling. We just had to sleep in shifts until sleep training. It was awful, but sleep training worked in three days. Hang in there!

My baby is Been sleeping in my bed since birth now he’s nearly 8weeks and he’s more settled I do a lot of tummy time when he sleep on me he’s comfy maybe try that or try vacuum sounds to calm her down xx

Have you tried swaddling baby and using a white noise machine?

Make sure the baby is warm but not over hot. Swaddling very tight helps them. 
My daughter was like this we ended up taking shifts and skin to skin. It was hard. It took like 2-3 weeks to figure it out. We hated life.

We don't bed share due to my nephew passing away from that. Swaddle, dark dark room, white noise machine!
