TTC for years

So I have been TTC for over five years! I have went to numerous OB/GYNs. At one time I was told that I could have PCOS, a thyroid issue, or pituitary tumor. I have had countless tests; thyroid ultrasounds, transvaginal ultrasounds, thyroid antibody studies, and lab work. All of which did not show abnormalities. Last visit she pulled lab work that tested my egg quality and quantity which was high! I have been on metformin, two cycles of clomid, progesterone, medroxyprogesterone, spironolactone, and various birth control pills to jumpstart my period. My periods are at times irregular (I can go 2-3 months without having a period sometimes, not all the time). I have tried Pre-seed without any luck. I take ovulation tests and I do ovulate. This sprig I will be graduating from nurse practitioner school and I’m so frustrated. I schedule an appointment with my OB/GYN that is next week. I am just now getting off of my period (my first one since October).

I am wanting to tell her that I am desperate to get pregnant this year. Wondering if anyone in this group is experiencing the same thing and if anyone has any suggestions. My SO does not want to get tested.
