How do I conceive when I have no period?😞

My last period was July 2022. That was also my last month that I was on birthcontrol since me and my husband want another baby. But since July we have been trying and nothing….
Me having no period for extended periods or months is normal. But it sucks because I want to conceive but I have no period which means no 👎🏻 ovulation right????

It is possible to ovulate without a period but from my experience my doctor prescribed me birth control that actually brought my period on and had me take that for 6 months then gave me the go to start trying again.

I would suggest taking opks every day to see if you're ovulating I know it seems like a lot but if you do it for about a month and you aren't ovulating then you could discuss further with your doctor and tell them you've been tracking with opks

I would talk to a dr about medications that induce ovulation. If you’re not having periods, no egg is being released to get fertilized. Clomid is most people’s go to but I was put on metformin to try and regulate my cycle.

Probably best to see your doctor to help regulate your cycle to ensure you’re ovulating otherwise taking opk tests daily for who knows how long can be expensive and stressful.

You can ask for medication to kick start or period or ask for metformin. 
I use to only have a period every 16 weeks went on to metformin had regular 28/32 day cycle ever since. I don’t ovulate that often so I needed clomid to help me fall pregnant.
