Is this normal?

So I don’t temp but I do ovulation tests and this month I started testing a bit earlier than usual so I tested Tuesday 1st Jan an it was negative but quite a dark negative so this made me think I may ovulate soon, so I tested jan 2nd and had a darker line it logged as positive on this App it was darker than the photo I took too, when I added it to my opk log on here it logged as positive. So great I thought it’s most likely I’ll ovulate within 12-36 hours. But now on 7th and 8th Jan I have tested again an the lines are positive. Tested this morning back negative. Iv heard it’s possible to get LG surges in a month but this has never happened to me where Iv had such dark lines twice in a month. Has anyone else had this? Iv googled it an it suggests non identical twins 😂🫣 Iv also had really tingling burny type sensation in my nipples more so in my right one that I still sometimes leak milk from (breastfed for 3.5 years)
