Anyone else !??

34+4 weeks and I’m constantly starving ! But I have to force my self to eat everything 😞 is anyone else going through this ?? What do you chose to eat when hungry but don’t want to eat 🤔 seriously this is starting to become a problem . I almost starved myself the other day because I was beyond hungry but I couldn’t eat . Oh and I’m not sick either

I’m getting to the point where I have to make myself eat also. I’m not sick either. I don’t crave anything anymore, but I’ll be so hungry. Everything is so squished, my stomach has no room. It doesn’t take much at all for me to get full also. I’ve been doing protein shakes a lot recently.

I had to force myself to eat at 33- current (36 weeks) and I’ve lost 4 pounds (I’ve only gained 20) Honestly this is my healthiest pregnancy and I think the key is tiny snacks and nothing after 7 due to terrible acid reflux. I’ve been craving sandwiches and salads with lettuce and also make myself eat breakfast which is unusual for me.

Maybe try like protein shakes or meal replacement shakes of that sort? Then you're still getting lots of vitamins even if you don't feel like eating otherwise?
