Baby measuring small

Was told at my last appointment baby was measuring small, I was 20 weeks have more testing at 23 weeks to see if there is any reason for this… anyone else been told baby was small and how it’s gone or going for them? Just wondering if I should be concerned? Everything else looked fine on scan she was just small
