My son was transitioning out of the swaddle. He got used to one arm and I just started doing both arms out when he started teething. Now he’s waking himself up constantly trying to stuff his hands in his mouth. He was self soothing before but now he’s not. He’ll sleep for 30-45 min stretches then wake right back up over and over. I have to continue going back in and giving him his pacifier and/or rocking him back to sleep and start all over. He’s in a sleep sack.

Is there anyway to make this easier😭
