Back contractions or muscle spasm?

I’ve been having contractions in my back but when I told my doctor he said it could just be muscle spasms, after my walk this afternoon it is becoming intense. Anyone experiencing the same symptoms?  FTM here

Yeah most of my contractions are in my back. Your babe might be “sunny side up”. My 2nd one and it felt like this. You can feel Braxton hicks in the back too.

I recommend spinning babies as it sounds like back labor.  Maybe you can get baby better positioned
