What does RH postive and RH negative mean??

So can any of you ladies tell me what exactly it would mean for pregnant women with either or results? Google is not helping me understand completely is it bad thing if you are rh positive? Or rh negative?

You’ll be perfectly fine if you are Rh+ (positive blood types). If you are Rh- (negative blood types) you will have to get the rhogam shot to make sure you and baby stay safe and healthy.

It has to do with your blood type. Basically if you are Rh- but your baby is Rh+, then your body could create antibodies that attack your baby’s blood cells.

You will need the rogham shot at 28 weeks and then again after birth. It’s all about your blood type. If at any point during your pregnancy you experience bleeding they will also give it to you then.
