Patch Pain..

I’m really scared. It’s my 2nd day with my birth control patch and it fell off in the shower and i put another on bc the other would not stick at all. and it’s on my upper bicep , my arm is really sore up in that area. Is that dangerous?? I’m super scared i did something wrong or i’ll be taking in too much of whatever it’s made of . help!
