Healthy weight loss snacks/desserts/food?
Hi ladies! I currently weigh 224 my heaviest (due to birth control I used to take) I am trying to eat healthier and start my weight loss journey but I’ve hit a wall, I am allergic to peanuts and tree nuts (only thing I can have “nut” wise is coconut) and ALL recipes for good snacks/desserts has some kind of nuts in it. Does anyone have any recommendations for me? I would appreciate it!
