Hiii i’ve had a uti a about 3 weeks ago with normal symptoms like burning wee, frequency and urgency etc. It then cleared up on it’s own without antibiotics and i felt fine for a good few weeks!

I work in healthcare & my colleague said i have white blood cells in my urine when i felt completely fine!

Now yesterday I’ve been experiencing vomitting diarrhoea, fever and chills with crazy lower/middle back pain. I’ve never had a kidney infection before so i have no clue?!

I feel fine today but continuous back pain with waves of nausea. I’ve been trying to get a GP appointment for days now to do further urinalysis and antibiotics but they’re so busy😪
