My 3 year old laid his finger on the stove as soon as I moved the boiling noodle pot 🤦🏻‍♀️ I rinsed in cool water and he wanted an ice pack so we did that for a while. Should I apply Neosporin and a loose band aid? Not sure what to do.

You can buy burn pads from the store. I would put aloe on it and leave it alone. I wouldn’t wrap it in anything.

I recently did this to myself by accidentally grabbing a mug of tea that wasent in a safe much n burnt the side of three of my fingers just like that and I put a cool damp paper towel on it for an hour then wen the sting sensation calmed down I put Neosporin and a bandaid on it for a few days until the liquid came out and then kept a bandage on it until it started to dry out n eventually the skin flaked off and under was healed
