I’ve been going in for my monitoring since CD 10 which was this past Sunday. My follicles are growing (we have a dominant one measuring 18mm!) and my lining has steadily increased from 5.5 to 6.5 to 6.9. Going back in tomorrow morning for what will probably be my last monitoring and then I’ll trigger. My question is with my estradiol levels. They went from 150 on Sunday to 80 on Monday then down to 45 today?? (I did take letrozole day 3-7). My LH is at a 9 so most likely going to spike tomorrow. The nurse who called for my results and next steps didn’t mention the estradiol - she said everything was progressing and to come back in tomorrow. But I saw my results posted on the portal before she called so specifically asked about the lowering estradiol. And she didn’t really understand why it was low like that, which then concerned me! So is this normal? Should I expect it to go back up tomorrow?? I looked back at my last transfer and it did follow a similar pattern (didn’t get as low as 40 at this point in the cycle but did decrease a little), but then spiked again. That transfer didn’t work though so not sure I should be referencing that at all. THOUGHTS?
