Is it period or spotting

It's been about a week and a few days and I've been experiencing small cramping, the cm is white n runny then it turns into sticky white, and it also has been turning more light khaki color too, and when I rub down there I get this light pinkish stain with very small amount of cm. I've been losing a lot of appetite, my boobs are feeling a bit sore n full, I feel dizzy sometimes, my vagina makes growling sounds. I had sex during my fertile days 4 days before my ovulation date and these symptoms have been coming out the week after the ovulation. And this is 2 weeks almost before my period starts. Idk what this is cause usually when it's my period coming it's heavier cramps, my boobs hurt and everything is more severe n painful, andd the cm comes out brownish so idk it's wierd cause I usually experience more painful symptoms before my period.
